Review:

I must say, I came to see this film with not really high expectations. The last 2 movies of the amazing spider-man with Andrew Garfield as the lead actor was fantastic. Tom Holland on the other hand was beyond fantastic! Funny, good looking, great body, kiddish, he has it all. The movie was completely different for me compared to any other Marvel movie. I loved the comedy that this film brought. There was not really much seriousness in the spider-man which I honestly, LOVED! I really like his new suit and how he is training to become stronger. What I did notice were all the little Easter eggs from the original spider-man back in the day. The boat breaking apart and him joining it back together was just like when the original Peter Parker was trying to save the train from falling into the ocean. Also, at the end the character with the initials of M.J. was awesome! This all being said, this was a super hero film and this movie failed to show any proper action scenes and a strong enough enemy. The enemy seemed really strong first but as the movie progresses you see it’s just that spider-man is still a kid and really isn’t that strong. The fighting scene was utterly boring and did not meet my expectations for a spider-man film. Still, the movie was great, the humor was great, the cast was great, the directing was great, the action was below average. Overall great!

Rating:

I would give this movie 4/5 stars.
